I am Kishor Karade, a Chief Life Insurance Advisor associated with LIC of India for the past 15 years.

As you may already know, LIC is India’s oldest and largest life insurance company. I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in the insurance agency business. Over the last five years, I have mentored several agents who are now valuable members of my team.

I strongly believe that “Success is the sum of small, consistent efforts made every day.” Guided by this belief, I conduct regular training sessions to enhance my team’s knowledge, confidence, and motivation.
